Jack Bolton, late of Weyburn, SK passed away April 29, 2021 at the age of 96 years.
He was predeceased by his parents, Jack and Katie; and his brother Clarence.
Jack is survived by his nephews, niece, cousins and many friends along with his many friends and the staff at the Weyburn Special Care Home.
Thank you to the care givers and staff at Weyburn Special Care Home for the exceptional care they provided to Jack over the time he resided there.
A Memorial Service for Jack will be held at a later date at Weyburn Special Care Home, Weyburn, SK.
