Linda Diane Lotten

Linda Diane Lotten, late of Oungre, SK, passed away May 6, 2020 at the age of 66 years.

She was predeceased by her parents, George and Margaret Young; sister Janet Karlson; brothers: Gordon, Dennis and Gary Young; her niece Corrine; nephew Kevin Young; father and mother-in-law, Magnus and Amanda Lotten

Linda is survived by her loving husband of 46 years, Lavern Lotten, Oungre, SK; her son, Lyndon Lotten, Estevan, SK and grandchildren: [Taylor, Logan, Austin and Tristan]; daughter Louise (Jeffrey) Cleveland, Bengough, SK and grandchildren: [Desirae, Preston and Lexey]; daughter Lorelee Lotten, Weyburn, SK and grandchildren: [Kaydon, Peighton and Seryna]; brother Ken (Janine) Young, Oungre, SK; sisters-in-law: Lea (Ron) Rumball, Regina, SK, Lori Young, Saskatoon, SK, Pat Filmer, Lethbridge, AB; lifelong friend Donna (Abe) Driedger; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. 

Linda Diane Young was born November 8, 1953 to George and Margaret Young.  She married the love of her life, Lavern Lotten on April 6, 1974 and together they started their life together on the farm near Oungre, SK.  Linda loved cooking and baking and enjoyed watching Wheel of Fortune and The Price Is Right.  She loved and adored her children and grandchildren.

Together they started their life on the farm near Oungre and started their family on October 26, 11974 when they welcomed their son, Lyndon, into this world.  They continued to grow their family on October 31, 1977 when their first daughter, Louise, was born.  Years later, on October 25, 1990, they welcomed their final addition, Lorelee into their family. 

Linda spent time working off the farm in Weyburn waitressing at The Weyburn Inn and spending time with her Mom. She always had a smile for anyone she knew. 

A Funeral Service for Linda will be held at a later date at Green Acres Memorial Gardens, Weyburn, SK.
