Salvatore was predeceased by his father, Camillo Costanzo; a brother; and his niece, Francesca Costanzo.
Salvatore is survived by his wife Diane Mitchell; his step-children: Melanie (Gary) Williams and their family, [Dylan and Larissa Mitchell, Jordan Williams]; Shawn Mitchell (Trista) and family, [Arialla, Sabrina and Matthew Mitchell]; his mother Cecilia Costanzo; his sisters, Maria and Camilla (Leo); as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A Family Graveside Service will take place at a later date from Brookside Cemetery, Winnipeg, MB.
For family and friends so wishing, charitable donations in memory of Salvatore may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 1910 McIntyre Street, Regina, SK, S4P 2R3.
