Verna Myrtle Johnson

Verna Myrtle Johnson, late of Weyburn, SK passed away June 11, 2021 at the age of 90 years.

She was predeceased by her husband, Edwin Johnson (2002); her parents, Fred and Ruth Vosper; her sister Evelyn Pandachuk; and her brother-in-law Norval Leslie.

Verna is survived by her son Amos (Tracy) Johnson; her daughter Lois (Roly) Melin; grandchildren, Jamin and Jair Melin; 2 great granddaughters; her brother Lorne (Anne) Vosper; her sister Norma Leslie; brother-in-law Leon Pandachuk; along with nieces and nephews

A Memorial Service was held Saturday, June 19, 2021 at 2:00 p.m.  Interment will be held at a later date at Ceylon Cemetery, Ceylon, SK.

Verna Myrtle Johnson (Vosper) was born December 27, 1930 in Coronach, SK to Fred and Ruth Vosper.  She was the eldest of four children. The family were living in the Khedive district when she married Edwin Johnson of Ceylon, SK on October 10, 1951.  Through the years they lived in Ceylon, Tag School, and Weyburn.

Revelation 21: 4
